How can we help?

Zingo is built by a small team, so you're talking to the people who make it. Most questions get an answer within a day.

Common questions
How do I get started? +
Download Zingo on your iPhone or iPad, tell it how much time you have, and it builds your first session. No setup beyond picking your instrument and level.
Which instruments are supported? +
Zingo is built for wind and brass players, with nine levels of material from first notes through advanced playing. Trumpet and trombone come first, and more sections are in development.
Does Zingo listen to me play? +
Only when a feature explicitly tells you it's listening, and only after you've granted microphone permission. We don't record audio of your playing otherwise. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Is Zingo suitable for younger students? +
Yes — Zingo is designed for musicians of many ages, including beginning band students. Students under 13 should use Zingo with a parent's or guardian's involvement.
I'm a music educator. Can I use Zingo with my students? +
We'd love that, and we're actively building for classrooms. Email us at hello@zingomusic.com and tell us about your program — educator feedback shapes what we build next.
How do I unsubscribe or delete my data? +
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or just reply and ask. To delete your account data, email us and we'll take care of it within a reasonable period. More in our Privacy Policy.

Still stuck? Just email us.

Tell us what's happening — the more detail the better. If it's a bug, your instrument and device help us track it down fast.
